2. Our services

Another Space provides a range of personal, professional and organisational development services, including:

  • Free discovery calls

  • Individual coaching sessions and coaching packages

  • Individual consulting sessions and consulting packages

  • Corporate consulting packages

  • Group workshops

  • Corporate and team coaching

The exact scope, objectives, timings, fees and deliverables for any engagement will be agreed separately before work begins.

3. The nature of coaching and consulting

Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative and forward-focused process designed to support reflection, awareness, learning and personal or professional growth.

Coaching is not:

  • Therapy

  • Counselling

  • A mental health service

  • Medical advice

  • Mentoring

  • Consulting or the provision of expert solutions

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes resulting from the coaching process.

Where appropriate, you may be encouraged to seek additional support from a qualified healthcare professional or specialist service.

Consulting

Consulting services involve the provision of expertise, insight, analysis, advice and recommendations based on experience and professional knowledge.

Whilst every effort is made to provide thoughtful and effective recommendations, no guarantee can be made regarding specific outcomes, business performance, personal development or organisational results.

4. Discovery calls

Discovery calls are intended to explore whether Another Space and the potential client are a suitable fit for working together.

A discovery call does not create a coaching or consulting agreement and neither party is under any obligation to proceed following the conversation.

5. Booking and payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All sessions, packages and services must be paid for in advance.

  • Individual sessions may be purchased on a pay-per-session basis.

  • Payment is processed via PayPal or other agreed payment methods.

  • Work will not commence until payment has been received.

Corporate or organisational clients may be subject to separate invoicing and payment arrangements, which will be confirmed in writing.

6. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

We understand that circumstances can change and aim to be as flexible as possible.

Rescheduling

Individual sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 business hours' notice.

Requests made with less than 24 business hours' notice may be treated as a missed session and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations made with five working days' notice or more will receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made with at least 48 business hours' notice will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 business hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will not be eligible for a refund.

Where services are delivered as part of a package, any unused sessions may be subject to the same cancellation terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is central to the way Another Space works.

All coaching, consulting and connection conversations will remain confidential and information shared during these engagements will not be disclosed to anyone outside the relationship without your permission.

Exceptions may apply where:

  • There is a serious concern regarding your safety or the safety of another person.

  • Information is disclosed relating to serious criminal activity.

  • Disclosure is required by law.

Where possible and appropriate, we will make you aware if a conversation is approaching an area where confidentiality may need to be breached, allowing you the opportunity to decide whether you wish to continue discussing that subject.

8. Professional standards

Isobel Donaldson Limited is committed to maintaining high professional standards.

The coaching practice follows the ethical framework established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

The consulting practice follows the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Principles of Consulting Excellence.

Membership of professional bodies including the British Psychological Society (BPS), ICF, European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and Association for Coaching (AC) reflects a commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

For coaching and consulting to be effective, clients agree to:

  • Attend sessions punctually and engage openly and honestly.

  • Take responsibility for their own decisions and actions.

  • Provide accurate information relevant to the engagement.

  • Respect agreed boundaries, timings and processes.

Another Space reserves the right to pause or end an engagement where behaviour is inappropriate, abusive or prevents the service from being delivered safely and effectively.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to this, the total liability of Isobel Donaldson Limited in relation to any coaching, consulting or workshop engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

Isobel Donaldson Limited maintains appropriate public liability and professional liability insurance.
